unidentified documents with a file path is still storing in the root directory

I am trying to store unidentified documents in a specific folder

when I store the documents manually it stores perfectly but when I use store immediately option qf stores under the root. please help

see the options I selected

Are your documents PDFs? If so, I believe you are running into the same issue described in this post - a bug that was fixed in Quick Fields 10.
