Authenticated Participant Not Seeing Report in Forms 10.1

I have a customer with authenticated participant licenses.  The Group for these users are set to view reports in Forms but the Reports button is not in available for these users.  Named users are able to view the report.

 

Is the Forms reporting only for named users?

Yes, participants are not able to see reports. This is by design.
