LFDS Settings Reverting

I setup LFDS for a client to have two organizations a few months ago.  They called and we took a look, and all of the user organizations had been unassigned to over 60 users.  Has anyone else had this issue?

I'm thinking it's possible that when AD Syncs, it removes the association to the organization.

If you have an Active Directory Group Synchronization rule that is configured to use one organization, but already have a Windows user (that's a member of the AD group) configured to be in a different organization, then when the ADGS rule runs, that user's organization will get changed to whatever is configured in ADGS.

If you want to manually configure the Windows users to be in a different organization, then you can make the Windows user exempt from synchronization rules. See this help page for more information.
