I am searching for 4 documents in Laserfiche. I want to attach all 4 documents into an email based on the search results. Do I need to search for each document individually? Or is there a way to use ONE search for all documents?

Hi Chynna,

Unfortunately, you will have to run 4 searches to do that. However, if the documents are located in the same place, you can utilize the for each entry activity to route the 4 documents to a folder and then send that as an e-mail attachment.

Thanks Kentaro! I will run 4 searches. Seems to be the easiest route.

Hello Chynna,

You should be able to search for all of the 4 documents you want if you can find a search criteria that can filter correctly based on your needs so that the documents you need are listed in the search results. In the search results, you can select all of the four documents and email them.
