Hello I am having an issue with my Windows 10 Virtual Machine as Microsoft Office 2016 is not starting with the Laserfiche integration add-in I have tried repairing Office Online and also re-installing the Laserfiche client bundle but neither have fixed the issue.

When I open Word 2016 as an Administrator the ribbon appears however this workaround fails as the documents need to be opened from within the repository. Please advise on fix options.

Also Excel, Powerpoint both have fully working ribbons only Word is affected by this bug.
