Attach a Timer Event

I have a user task in Forms 10.1 business process modeler. I am unable to attach a Timer event to that. When I right click and say Attach Timer Event, nothing happens. Any idea please?

I'd start by trying a different web browser. I usually use Chrome. Does it behave any differently in a different browser? Firefox, IE?

Ok, and this is the same on ANY User task? What about in a completely new process? If so, are you running the latest Update package?

This happens only on that particular user task. I am able to attach the event to other user tasks and new tasks. We have Forms 10.1 and do not have the latest update package. Is this a known issue resolved in the latest package please?

I can't say for certain but I know the latest update rollups resolve a significant number of issues. I'd do that if you're not current. You could also simply create a new user task and delete the old one if it's just that one that doesn't seem to work.
