Can the audit trail product track who (and when) set an attribute on a user account?

These changes are not audited.  Do you have a use case where this would be helpful?  Are there particular attributes you are interested in?

These values are changed very frequently, that's where we record things like screen layouts and column selections.  They aren't just for settings exposed in the options dialogs.

It is an attribute called ElectronicImportOptionCheckIn, which allows the user to say "Never ask me again" to this prompt and choose a default action. Something or someone keeps setting it for the users and they are trying to find out how to stop it. Since there is no check box on this pop window that says "Never ask me again" I can't see how the user could set it by accident.
