We have a user that has an issue with opening large PDF files from Web Access. Since Web Access is not able to directly view PDF's, it requires the file to be downloaded and view in Adobe.
The problem is that the PDF takes 5 minutes to download and 5 minutes to open in Adobe.
Customer is asking that Laserfiche Support verify this is not an issue with Laserfiche, but has more to do with the size of the document. I experienced the same issue when the users sent the PDF and I had to download it from Outlook to open it within the Adobe plugin from my chrome browser.
Are there any alternatives to these steps besides converting the files to TIFF documents? Are there any plans to be able to view the file within Web Access?
