What is the best method to send a simple email notification on a rolling 30 day interval?

Well there are lots of things to consider but without any details probably just a Workflow that runs on a schedule of every 30 days.

I am experimenting with the Date Token Calculator and Repeat, but this is literally one of my first workflows so I'm not familiar with how to set a workflow on a schedule.
