I have a process I am creating, which will allow users to submit a Laserfiche form with a MSDS/SDS attached and that attachment will go into a folder after certain approvals have taken place. Over time, there may be a new version of the record and I'd like to show the changes over time. A new record would be considered a new version of an existing document when a few fields match each other, CAS Number and Supplier. Can anyone shed some light on how to do this using Workflow without user interaction?
