This looks like a configuration error in .Net as the file mentioned in the error is a Windows, not a Laserfiche file. Laserfiche does not modify that file. You can open a support case and attach the file and we can look to see if it can be fixed by editing the XML. But it's likely it will come down to reinstalling the .Net framework.
