weblink not displaying all files

I'm trying to get weblink working properly. I'm having trouble since for some reason there are files I cannot access in weblink that I can access in client. Same authentication and same account. What am I missing to get them to sync up. Thanks.

Are sure that you are authenticating as the same user?  Checking the connections in the administration tool will show it from the server's side.  The only other thing I can think of that would result in different listings would be the option to include (or not) non-current versions of documents.  This is configured in the WebLink designer.

I did double check the connection profiles.

 

I also check for the noncurrent version setting too and left that unchecked

This is what im getting in this one folder.

 

Is there some sync option I'm missing or did something not get setup right. Do you think I should upgrade it to weblink 9? Thanks for the help.

I wouldn't expect WebLink 9 to behave any differently here.  I'd recommend opening a support case so we can take a closer look.
