When you submit a form, it gives you the option to download it. The name of the downloaded file seems to be just the name of the form. We need to be able to embed form variables into this file name, because it will be going into another system which expects them. Is this possible?

Ideally, it would also be nice to be able to download it as a PNG and/or JPG.
