Cannot save or update email in forms named accounts LFF15-NoRepositoryConnection

We are facing a problem where i cannot save new or update email address in forms account. On the other hand, I can change the Display Name.

Forms cannot connect to the Laserfiche Server. Your email has not been updated. Please try again later or contact your Lasefiche administrator. [LFF15-NoRepositoryConnection]

Do you use one repository for two Forms sites? Please go to Configuration page and user authentication tab and check whether it shows "The connection is invalid" under the repository name, if do, retype the password for the user configured there and click save again and check whether it shows" The connection bas been verified" under the repository.
