PhotoDocs 10.1.1.320 crashes after getting error PD20-161

Team, 

 

I have a client getting an error code of PD20-161 when using photodocs. The hotfix: https://support.laserfiche.com/kb/1013676/a-failed-to-crop-image-pd20-161-error-occurs-when-using-the-straighten-option-in-laserfiche-photodocs-9-2-1- no longer works. Furthermore, I have uninstalled the program and deleted C:\Program Files (x86)\Laserfiche\Client folder and reinstalled it. I am still getting the same error.
