Hi,
i have a customer who is planning to move there licence manager to a new machine.
Now the steps to move are all ok and we know that we need to generate new licence files for the appropriate machines.
Sorry if this is an obvious question but the questiion i have is how can we check that the servers are communicating with the Licence manager server correctly ( i,e the IT team have opened the correct ports etc ) other than waiting for the servers to fail. It would be good to check that after we have created new Licences that the servers are actually checking with the new Licence manager correctly.
