Migration of Files

What exactly do you mean? Migrate files as in between volumes in Laserfiche? Or move them into Laserfiche? What do you mean by "delay of 8 days"? Is that the time you have to complete the project?

Hi Miruna,

We need to copy files from another DMS to Laserfiche Repository.

We have only 8 days to perform this migration,that's why are looking for a tool which can help us to do so.

It's hard to guess if that's do-able without any information on the setup or requirements. You're looking at a rate of 130,000 documents imported per hour.

What sort of hardware do you expect to be running? What types of documents are we talking about? How big are the documents in average? What is the expected result of the import (all document in the repository to be sorted into usable folder structures later or a fully configured repository with metadata in place)?

As per the requirements, the files of migration should be from:

1. SharePoint to Laserfiche

2. Newgen to Laserfiche

You need to get documents out of SharePoint at a rate of 36 each second? In my experience SharePoint won't be able to give them to you that fast.
