Laserfiche Forms encountered an internal error. Please try again.

I'm getting an error message when I try to open a newly created form: 

Laserfiche Forms has encountered a problem.

Laserfiche Forms encountered an internal error. Please try again.

 

All other forms seem to running and working correctly. I've published this new form and granted Public access rights. I can preview the form and everything looks correct, but cannot see the actual form. Any idea what might be wrong?

Hi David,

More information to help troubleshoot the issue should be available in the Windows "Event Viewer" logs on the server.  Under "Applications and Services Logs" there's a Laserfiche section containing "LFForms" logs.  In addition to this, the normal Windows "Application" log may contain additional information that will be of use.
