I have read a few questions on here, but don't think I have found the answer on how to do this.

I have a process that will allow a user to select any number of named users to become approvers. I am able to assign the tasks and email the users. The problem I have is that I need ALL the users to give an approval before it can be approved. Right now if 1 person approves, then the process is marked as complete. Can this be done in Forms ? or will I need to do this with workflow ?
