Forms email notification to not show Administrator

Is there any way we can get the Forms email notification to not show just "Administrator" as the sender's name when it sends an automated email from the Forms process?  These will go out to applicants who will not understand who this email came from.  Can we give it a ghost name, or something?  So that it shows in the email as "Flagstaff County" instead of "Administrator"?

Forms will send out email using the account that you set in formsconfig/email settings. It seems that your IT configured the name for that account to be "Administrator".

For example, if you configure the email used in Forms to be your own email account, then the name shown in the email would be your name.
