Laserfiche Client Crashes when opening documents

Hello,

 

I have a user who's LF Client keeps crashing after navigating, or opening documents. Event Viewer has shown the error below:

Has anyone seen this issue before?

Please open a support case so we can get a crash dump to diagnose the problem.

Is there any chance the solution to this issue is logged? We have a customer with the same behavior.

resolved similar ntdll.dll error with update to 10.4.3
