I would like to find a way to force a group of users to use an import profile and nothing else when they drag and drop files into the client. 

Our use case is that we have users who scan files into an import folder the process then walks a parent folder through a folder structure as the file works through its long approval process.  Occasionally additional files need to be added to these parent folders but if they are not done correctly they throw off the naming conventions or locations of these files.  So we want to force these files to run through an approval process routing any additional files to a second workflow folder.  I am also concerned that over time users may inadvertently change the import profile thus allowing error.  So want to force this functionality onto certain users.

I can use permissions to not allow users to scan anywhere else however would prefer to avoid the confusion and just force this to happen.
