Is it possible to apply the current date to each page scanned using a workflow when scanning the document?

Workflow does not support permanent watermarks or stamps using dynamic values. You could script it. The feature exists natively in Laserfiche Quick Fields.

I do not want it on the template of the documents.  I want a date to be placed physically on each page of the document.

Right, I understand that. Workflow does not have image processing capabilities. Quick Fields can apply permanent annotations to the image.
