Hello Miruna,

Your statement "either by setting a field in the template as blank or by removing an independent field" is exactly what I needed to understand.

Many thanks !

PS: is that explanation included somewhere in a help Web page?

Hi Stephane

An Entry is a document in the repository. Entry Changed is a trigger when something about a document has changed, such as MetaData or document content.

The "Entry changes" condition allows refining starting rules further based on the types of changes applied to the document. "Template field deleted" refers to a field value being removed from the document (either by setting a field in the template as blank or by removing an independent field). Since one change to the document can contain multiple actions (for ex, the user sets a field, adds a tag and updates the text page before clicking Save), the only operators we can offer are "include"/"does not include".

It's not in the help file because we didn't think it required explanation. But we can add it.
