LF Forms Reporting expiry

Hello all

What is the expiry threshold for Forms Reporting information. I understand that Forms will keep the reporting information in Forms DB and will generate the submitted information from the data retrieves from reporting DB.

Is there limitation, or expiry of any type for Forms reporting? or Will the DB grow and keep the information for Form reporting information to retrieve?

Hi Farzali,

There is no limitation or expiry on Forms reporting information unless the process with which that information is associated with is deleted. Otherwise it is kept within the Forms database permanently.

Is there a way to control DB growth and set a limit?

If not, this is a good feature to have.
