Good afternoon

Error in the session

Mensaje del error: No se pudo iniciar sesión debido a que el número de sesiones ha alcanzado su límite de licencias o la cuenta de usuario ha alcanzado su límite de sesiones o no se ha asignado licencia de usuario designado a la cuenta de usuario. [9030]

Hi , can you check if the user that are you try to log in has a full license on the user properties or only have one session maximun  two sessions?

This  two are the most common causes.

I can not log in to the laserfiche because with no account I can log in generates that error message

Can you look into the Laserfiche administration console?
Specifically this section :



You should only have One session per user if you have more than 2 and you try to log in you will get the error.

To close a session just do a right clic on the session and select "Disconnect user"

Hi Miguel.

search the user you try to log in in this section:



if you do not see it , then clic new and add the user, then try again.
