Standard Audit Trail is able to indicate which page ranges of the entry was exported or printed.

Given the scenario you have presented above, the customer will not be able to pull a report using the Advanced Audit Trail features on the logs kept from when they had Standard edition. The logs will only track activities based on the available functionality of the Audit trail edition (Started, Standard, Advanced) that they have at the time. Therefore, it cannot be applied retroactively as the Advanced Audit Trail feature information itself would not exist in their old logs.
