I have users who recently upgraded 8.2 Laserfiche Server to 10.1. They stated that prior to the upgraded, when they went to add a new user and link a windows account, they were able to use the format "last name, first name" and it would bring up the users account. Now they have to type in the persons username (for example..CNELSON) in order for the users information to come up. I have attached a screen shot of the location I am referring to help better clarify. The first screen shot depicts how they used to search. The second is how they have to search now. Is this something that can be changed back or is this unrelated to LF?
