Hi Sonali,

There are no ways to completely restrict a user from importing specific types of files; feature rights can only enable or disable a user to import.

Hi Kentaro,

What if I disable the Import Option, would i be able to drag and drop documents from a PC to Laserfiche?

Which activities can be used to look for specific file types in a Repository?

Hi Sonali,

You could use the "Search Repository" activity in Workflow to run an electronic file search similar to the one below:

Something to bear in mind however - if you're using scanners, some might scan to image formats like JPEG, so you'd have to be careful in how you set this up.
