Corrupted text from generating pages

I have an end-user that is having issues when she is generating pages manually or through importing pdfs.  I have tested this on my end and the pages always generate correctly but for some reason most of her pdfs are all coming out with unreadable text.  I have attached examples of how it is coming across correctly and incorrectly.

 

The end-user is using the client version: 10.1.0.151 and has recently upgraded to windows 10 enterprise.

Please have the customer apply Laserfiche 10.1 Update 2 from KB 1013798. In Update 1, there were fixes for various PDF page generation issues. The updates are cumulative so it's recommended to apply Update 2 as it's the latest update.

See if that addresses the matter for the customer.
