Generating Pages or Using Snapshot on Excel Not Generating Color

I am trying to generate pages on some excel files that were imported into my repository. However, I am losing the color on the files. I have checked that the advanced settings in snapshot are enabled and I have Floyd-Steinberg chosen for the format setting (previous reading on answers).  Any ideas?

 

I have attached a screenshot of the excel file and the LaserFiche generated image

Hi there,

For the Laserfiche client application, select options from the tools drop-down menu. In the Options dialog box, choose “Generate Pages”, make sure “Generate monochrome pages” is unchecked.

For Laserfiche Web Access, on the top right corner, select options in the drop-down menu, in the options dialog box, choose “General”, make sure “Generate monochrome pages” is unchecked.

For Snapshot, under Laserfiche Snapshot Properties, go to File Formats, make sure that you select the proper option under Color Depth.

Ok what does it mean if this color depth option is grayed out?

Nevermind I see I needed to change to TIFF .JPEG file format to allow for Full Color depth thanks!
