Can't find this option 'Automatically extract text when saving documents from Microsoft Office' of the Web Access Setting.

Hi there,

I try to find  the option 'Automatically extract text when saving documents from Microsoft Office'  of Web Access setting  from this user guide.

 

 

From this picture , now I have 

Laserfiche Web Access10.1 Update 1 (10.1.1.248).

Does anyone have any idea?

You can set it yourself in the admin console, in the attributes tab for your use (or for the Everyone group to make it apply to everyone in the repository)

This option was hidden for simplicity. To disable it, set the [OfficePlugin]TextExtraction attribute to No. We will look into getting it back in the options (bug# 147182).

Hi Robert,

    Could I set this attribute by myself or I have to wait for your fixing (the patch)? And if I can, please give me a suggestion about where is  the attribute to set?
