Sending scanned documents in Laserfiche stuck on 100% and not able to close

Hello friends,

 

The client experiencing issues while sending document or storing it locally. This then gets stuck on 100% and not able to close the little window. however, the documents sent instantly to the concern person but it stuck at below window. i am using LF avante 9.2. I have formatted the client but still the same issue.

What can i do to resolve this issue?

If you are emailing the document(s), the LF client might be waiting for the Outlook window to close. If that isn't the problem, please open a support case so we can get a memory dump that captures the state of the LF client while it is stuck at 100%. The easiest way to do this is to open task manager, find LF.exe, right click and choose "Create dump file".
