Hi Paul,

We can recreate the issue using Windows 10 and Laserfiche Client 9.1.1. In speaking with our development team, the clipboard code was refactored for Laserfiche Client 9.2 and we can confirm that starting from that version onwards, copying and pasting from the Windows Explorer (in Windows 10) to the Laserfiche Client works fine.

If you are unable to upgrade your Laserfiche system to a more recent version at this time, our suggestion would be to use an alternative method of importing those documents, i.e. drag/drop.

So you're copying a file on the computer and pasting into the Laserfiche desktop client, correct?

What happens when you try to do this? Is there an error message, or does it just do nothing at all?

What is the full version number of your Laserfiche desktop client?

Yes, coping/cutting a tiff document & trying to paste into Laserfiche client.  no messages, no nothing.  I try right clicking & pasting, the "Paste" icon & right clicking on the folder & pasting.  And nothing happens.

Thank You.  I really appreciate you guys doing that so quickly.  I realized that I can just do "Import" and it works just the same instead of the Cut/Paste.  I will send this reply to our IT Department.
