So I have a customer who wants to capture the printed version of an outlook email while still obtaining the metadata that can be captured automatically via the client import. Things like sent date and who it was sent from etc. 

Is there a way to do this?

Right now they have to import outlook documents as normal and then generate pages using snapshot. the only problem is that often they are dealing with massive amounts of email so this process could potentially take a large amount of time. 

They could use snapshot during the import but then it doesn't capture the metadata from the outlook client. Quickfields could pick up the slack but then you are leaving it open for errors.
