asked on November 20, 2016

One of our customers today found error when they download some PDF documents from Web Access indicating that some fonts are not found.

I'm wondering if someone found this error before or have hint how to solve it; though it seems to be bug in WA.

Looks like this font is included with MS Office. You can also download it by doing a google search for arialuni.ttf, but it's not clear which source is legitimate. We will look into getting this fixed for the upcoming release (bug# 151738).

Hi Abdellah,

This is a missing font required by Adobe to display the PDF, nothing to do with LF. It was discussed on the Adobe forums here - https://forums.adobe.com/thread/2208010

Hope this helps point you in the right direction! smiley

Thanks Chris for your response.

However, the discussion on Adobe website you mentioned says it is from iText on server application not Acrobat Reader. So I hope if some one from Laserfiche can provide us with help.

Hi Abdellah,

If you export the PDF out of Web Access to your desktop, and open it from there. Do you see the error?
