With Laserfiche Rio you can have as many servers as you like, it all depends on the requirements and what you mean specifically by "scalable". Do you mean is there a limit to the number of users? Is there a limit to the number of documents etc.? Are you talking about clustering? You need to provide a lot more information to get a meaningful answer.
