Create Form for project Plan

Hi,

I have to create a form to fill to fill in project plan. Below is the original form.

Can this be achieved using LF Forms? If yes please provide material/guide on how to.

Can you providea sample of how it is completed.

Yes you can build this kind of form, I would recommend using tables. You can learn more about building forms here

HI

the  number of column is change between table to other, can we add column as we can add row ?
