Access denied in laserfiche mobile

There is a group that have right to browse and read only the name of repository and two subfolder. There is an user included in that group, but when this user access to laserfiche mobile, it show the message "Access Denied".

If user is included in a group with all rights on the repository, the user can access in Laserfiche mobile without any problem.

Would you be able to upgrade to Update one of 10.0 (10.0.0.402) if not to version 10.1(10.1.0.624). That was a known issue back in 10.0.0.282 and has since been addressed in 10.0.0.402 and above.

I updated laserfiche mobile to version 10.1 and the problem was solved.

1) What version of the Laserfiche Mobile Server are you on?

The version is 10.0.0.282
