Our client is using LF 10.1 Rio with Forms.

We have quite lengthy process and users use View hyperlink in Action History to decide what they want to do with a form presented to them. But for some reason, the View Hyperlink is missing for end users.

In LFDS, I have created a LF Group called "Form Users".

In Forms Config, User Authentication, this group is selected under "Allow the following groups to sign in to Laserfiche Forms".

In Forms Administration, this group has "Basic User" Role set.

In Process, Access Rights, this group has "Submitter" Role set.

What differently do I have to do so that all end users get the View hyper-link displayed in their action history?

My user account belongs to "System Admin" role in Forms admin and "Process Admin" role in Process Access Rights and I can see the View hyperlink.
