Hi,

One of our client is experiencing an issue where on preview pane in LF Client 10.1, zoom is always selected by default. Is there a way to revert it back to Selection Tool.

I have confirmed that on the LF client on server, preview pane has Selection Tool by default in Preview pane for same file or any other file. Its only this one computer. I would rather not reinstall.

I have looked at user attribute as well but couldn't find anything related.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

The attribute is [Settings]LastImageTool and you can set it to 1 for the selection tool.

Note: One way of trying to find out what attribute controls what option is to first export all attributes for the user in question as an xml file. Then make the relevant change to that option in the desktop Client for that user and then log out. Export a second copy of all attributes for that user. Now use an application like WinMerge to compare the two xml files and it will highlight the difference between the two. That will let you know which attribute represents which option.

Just a Quick FYI about this. I was able to set the default simply by setting the option such as the hand tool and immediately logging out. Laserfiche remembers my choice next time I login.
