Turn on auditing for repository permissions

Is there a way to audit repository permissions? We currently have 4 repositories, with one containing patient medical records and another containing confidential client files. We want to setup the auditing to make sure permissions are not changed for the personal records.

Yes, "Change Entry Permissions" is one of the events that can be audited.  You'll also want to look for "Change Group Membership", since that can grant a user access without altering the security of an entry.

Thanks Brian,

We actually had to install audit trail reporting on our server first. I was then able to run reports based of the events you listed above. Thanks for you help!
