I'm wondering if you are trying to import the emails into LF? Or use LF app as an email app to view the emails?
Customer has lots of Outlook emails in their LF repository. They just purchased WebAccess/Mobile and would like to view these emails on their iPhones.
Hi Ali, as with any electronic document, it will attempt to be opened in an external app which can handle the file type. That said, interestingly the Outlook app itself won't open *.msg files. You can try looking into MSG File Viewer which is the first result from an online search for opening *.msg files in iOS. I can't personally confirm its efficacy however as I do not have an iOS device.

Hello, I'm running into a similar issue here. We have a customer that has many Outlook emails in their repository, and when trying to open in the ipad app, it doesn't open. Do you know of any way to view .msg files in the IOS app or on an ipad in general? (Considering the MSG File Viewer and the Outlook apps do not work.)
My customer downloaded MSG File Viewer and stated it did not work.
Any other ideas would be greatly appreciated.
