Why is this search not working?

Workflow Version 10

My search works in the Client, but not in Workflow.

And I know it is grabbing the Project Number to look for correctly:

You have "%(ForEachValue_CurrentValue)" in your search query, but if I'm reading your token information correctly I think it's supposed to be "%(foreachprojectnumberfound_current value)"
