Hi Noohul,

In reviewing the support case you mentioned, the last update was made by the Laserfiche Support engineer and we are waiting for a response from your end.

We provided you with instructions to effectively remove the LFDS licensing site from your system so that you can reconfigure it and specify the database that's on the correct SQL Server instance.

Are you still having an issue at this point? If so, then please update the support case.

Regards

No problem Noohul. I do see in the case notes where you have confirmed that the issue is resolved and you are now able to reconfigure the licensing database hosted on the new SQL Server.

I'm having the same issue. I installed laserfiche directory server, changed the server name, reinstalled and now i don't get the interface to change the initial servername connection. How do i get a fresh interface back please?

Found the solution. Not sure if it's best practice though.

I deleted the "LFDS" Folder in the path: C:\ProgramData\Laserfiche and i was able to create a new connection and re-license.

Thanks
