Exam Results

Hi Joanne,

I have taken many of the CPP courses and usually the exam results are posted immediately after taking the exam. Have you tried logging out of your account then logging back in to see if then the results are posted? If that doesn't work, you may want to email Laserfiche support to look further into this issue.

Yup, i logged off. Cleared cache and even tried with another web browser over the course of several days. Another exam i wrote since has popped up right away, but not my System Admin 1.

Hi Joanne,

I do know that one of the courses was replaced/combined with another course, but I can't remember which one since it has been a while since I have been on there. I would bet that indeed it is that System Administrator I course.

At this point, I would say to email Laserfiche Support and see what they say!

Yes it was System Admin 1. And now it's happened with the other new course for Forms.
