Yes: access to the LFDS web administration console does not require a Laserfiche license, just that the user is granted permissions.

If you wish them to have complete administrative access, you can grant them rights to the Laserfiche Directory Service Admins local Windows group, which is automatically created when LFDS is installed.

• If you are using LFDS 10 they should be automatically registered when visiting the LFDS web administration site.
• If you are using 9.2, you can register the user like you would a licensed user, but simply not grant them a license.

If you want to give them some access but not complete access, just register the Windows user without granting them a license, and assign security to the areas of LFDS you wish them to be able to administer.
