I have downloaded a Form from a DEV Server and Uploaded to a production Server. 

The Data Sources referenced in DEV and Production both have the same name. 

When I Upload the Form to DEV the Data Source Names are the same but the Server/Instance is different for Dev vs Production.

When I upload the Form Field Rules are lost as it is not able to see the Data Sources even though the Data Source Names are the same. 

I looked at the XML and it holds the Server\Instance as opposed to the Data Source Name and it also holds the Database User. I tried using a Find and replace but does not seem to work properly 

I have attached and reattached Forms Databases to to move them from Dev to Production or Migrate Servers and so long as the Data Source Name is the same (and I update the Data Source to the new Server\Instance and User) even though the Database Server is moved / different the Field Rules work fine.
