Weblink user experiencing issues viewing Image

asked on November 9, 2016

Hi,

My Customer's Client are unable to view the image within Weblink Portal. I had a look and non of the Web Browsers (Internet Explorer, Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox) are able to view this, also from another PC within the company. I have logged in on my side and can view it with the same username. I have also tried logging in with the admin user account and could not view it on the customer pc.

This is how it looks on the customer pc

This is how it is suppose to look (My computer with the same account)

Hi Gert,

Is the document a PDF? If so is Adobe Reader installed on the problem PC?

Hi Chris,

These documents are all images and not PDF's

Ok, As this is isolated to one PC, I would start wondering if it's something specific going on there. What happens if you log in as a different windows user on the problem PC?

I am thinking it is related to something in their company since the user has also tried on another company on all 3 browsers.

Possibly yes, something strange internally.

It looks to me like some resource is not loading correctly, like a JS file.  The console pane of the browser's debugger window (F12) might give you some information about that.  It could be an interaction with some software they have, like a proxy server or a browser plugin blocking a file for some reason.
