how to build a workflow to find folders with empty access rights

I want to build a workflow that will give me a list of the folders which are missing access rights.

This is what I am looking for:

 

This is what should be excluded:

Hi Mary

As your Folders are "Inheriting Rights from the Parent", then essentially they always have access rights assigned to them so you will likely have to think of a different approach to identify these folders such as Security Tags. by User, a Metadata Field, etc.

It is maybe something you can accomplish by using SDK script Activity in Workflow.

I do not know if it is really possible or not, but if it is that will be with the SDK script activity in workflow.
